How to attract high-paying clients even in crisis?

Economic crises can severely affect the growth of any business. Factors such as sicknesses, viruses, and natural disasters have already created havoc on our world economy. The idea of attracting high paying clients seems impossible, but far from the truth. Believe it or not, the crisis stirs the ambition of business owners and creatives. It’s about positioning and managing your state of mind. Napoleon Hill, the author of Think and Grow Rich, said, “If you think you are beaten, you are. If you think you dare not, you don’t. If you like to win, but think you can’t, it is almost certain you won’t.” That quote alone is worth a million bucks. You must master your thoughts. Someone needs what you have to offer and are waiting for you to show up. Here are some tips for you to implement.

Tips to get high-paying clients during crisis

1. Create a plan

As a Business Strategist, I encourage clients to think about what distinguishes them from their competitors. I’m going to tell you the same. Identify the differences and determine how you will put them to work. You must determine your goals, outline the mission, and focus on the vision. Once you’ve created your plan, stick to it! Deviating will leave you frustrated and back at square one.

2. Serve sincerity and compassion

Having the most incredible marketing plan will only take you so far. Your client must feel that you are invested and care about their vision, especially in times of crisis. Your expertise, coupled with compassion and strategy, will get you the “YES” you’ve been looking for. Don’t be let profits led you, serve with your heart.

3. Have a service mindset

The client experience is absolutely critical. People may not remember all the details of your business, but they will remember how you made them feel. A significant piece to a positive client experience is having a service mindset. When you go above, and beyond the call of duty, people remember. A high paying client knows and recognizing superior service. They are willing to pay for the extras and exclusivity. A service mindset will build loyalty and keep them returning for more. Also, they will tell others about their experience. A positive recommendation is absolutely priceless.

4. Using social media platforms to give and support

Most businesses use social media platforms to promote themselves, but as I stated in crisis times, people are uncertain about their future. Shift gears and use your platforms to give. That’s right, GIVE. First, show empathy and understanding, then determine how you plan to help. Share helpful tips, promote your freebie, answer questions, make yourself available. This is your moment to step up and show your leadership in tough times. Your energy will attract like-minded individuals. As stated in Luke 6: 38, when you give, it will be returned unto you.

5. Build Confidence and Reassurance

Nobody wants to think about the worst in a crisis. Build your clients’ confidence and reinforce the plan. Help them focus on the things they can control. Give them reassurance in areas where they are feeling uncertain and remind them of their vision and gifts within.
